In this role, youll support both clients and team members by providing accurate, timely information while enhancing each clients experience. If you bring strong attention to detail, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to integrity, well equip you with the tools, training, and supportive environment you need to succeed.
-Answer all phone calls following the CFSB standard and procedures
-Maintain accurate phone logs for all calls
-Attend weekly team huddles
-Actively refer/cross-sell to clients
-Request the business of prospects and log all referrals
-Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
-Learn and comply with all CFSB policies, procedures, and standards
-Perform other duties as requested by Team Leader
