Phone Receptionist/ Sales Representative - Lawn & Landscape

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, people-friendly CSR/Sales Representative to join our growing lawn care and landscaping team. In this role, you'll be the first voice our potential customers hear — following up on inbound leads that come in via email, quickly reaching out by phone, and closing the sale. If you love talking to people, hitting goals, and seeing the direct results of your effort in your paycheck, this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

Monitor incoming email leads throughout the day and respond/follow up promptly — speed to contact is everything in this role
Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in our lawn mowing and landscaping services
Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right service package or plan
Provide accurate quotes and walk customers through our offerings with confidence
Overcome objections and close deals over the phone
Schedule service appointments and hand off new customers to the operations team
Follow up with leads that didn't convert on the first call
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activity in our CRM
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of phone sales, inside sales, or customer service experience (lawn/home services industry a plus, but not required)
Confident, friendly, and persuasive communicator on the phone
Self-starter who can manage a lead queue and prioritize follow-ups without being told
Comfortable working with email and basic CRM or scheduling software
Competitive mindset — you're motivated by results and commissions
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
