1st Shift

• MondayThursday
• 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Optional Friday work available

2nd Shift

• MondayThursday
• 3:00 PM 1:00 AM
• Optional Friday work available

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Produce precision parts according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect finished components using measuring tools and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility operating advanced CNC machinery and equipment. Team members spend the majority of their shift on their feet, working hands-on with machines, tools, and materials. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and a strong safety mindset.

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
