- Prepare tanks and metal components for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)
- Apply industrial coatings using airless sprayers, rollers, and brushes
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, coverage, and proper thickness
- Operate and maintain paint equipment, including airless sprayers and compressors
- Move, stage, and rig tanks and materials as needed
- Follow work orders and material specifications accurately
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and packaging when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in industrial painting and/or sandblasting preferred
- Ability to operate airless paint sprayers required
- Warehouse or inventory experience a plus
- Ability to read and follow work orders and safety instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
- Ability to safely operate forklifts or material-handling equipment
