Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive client experience.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage the client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects.
• Communicate with restoration Client Communication Manager on project progress and issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Maintain professional decorum and appearance at all times.
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.
• Hands-on supervision of water damage restoration, cleaning and mitigation services.
• Participation in after-hours emergency call rotation.

Qualifications:

• You must have industry experience in water, fire, mold, mitigation projects.
• Minimum 5 years experience of mitigation.
• Minimum 2 years in project management.
• Xactimate knowledge is a plus!

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
