Job Description As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Amarillo, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $13.93 / Hour Walk / stand long periods of time Weekly Pay Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:00 AM - 05:00 PMTue05:00 AM - 05:00 PMWed05:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur05:00 AM - 09:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, perimeter areas, access points, and utility-related infrastructure. Monitor for unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential hazards, and report observations promptly to the appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately while communicating professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
