As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour Valid drivers license Weekly Pay Job Schedule: Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Sat: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, customer disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established procedures. Observe and report suspicious activity, potential theft-related concerns, hazardous conditions, and policy violations to appropriate store leadership and/or law enforcement. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with store personnel, customers, and emergency responders. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
