Job Title: Fraud & Claims Operations Representative Location: 801 Walnut Street, Des Moines, IA 50309 - ON SITE Pay Rate:$19.72/hr Hours of Operations: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Contract Type: 6 months - possible extension and for the right candidate would like to convert Global Worldwide Financial Institution is seeking a Fraud & Claims Operations Representatives to support customers by handling incoming calls, investigating potentially fraudulent activity, and assisting with fraud and claims-related operations. What You’ll Do Handle incoming customer calls related to fraud and claims. Investigate potentially fraudulent activity and assist with resolving customer concerns. Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and locate information. Identify and submit customer complaints when applicable. Provide guidance and support on complex fraud and claims matters. Recommend process and tool improvements to increase operational efficiency. Prioritize daily work independently while supporting overall team performance. Assist with cross-functional operational tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Required Qualifications Bilingual Spanish candidates are preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, fraud, investigations, or a related field. 1+ year of call center or phone-based customer service experience is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Fraud and claims operations experience. Contact center or phone-based customer service experience. Retail Services and/or PLLC experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently.
