Highlights of the Memory Care Director Position:

Three (3) years of Memory Care experience, including management, handling complex behavior issues and educating families
Proven success in management and leadership
Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
