Contact applicants to obtain missing information and verify they meet hiring guidelines. Obtain and review background reports (MVR, PSP, DAC, Asuriant, Driver IQ, etc.). Verify driving record, employment history, and convictions. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in driver history or applications. Review physicals and drug screens to determine eligibility. Maintain driver files with complete, up‑to‑date content in correct order. Identify potential disqualifiers and notify management. Collaborate with Recruiting and Driver Orientation to complete evaluations within the 3‑day orientation period. Procure consumer reports and releases as needed. Attend in‑person meetings and trainings, and participate in discussions. Engage remotely and in‑person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport and expectations. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience 6 months of related field experience preferred. Skills & Certifications Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills. Basic computer and office skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multi‑task and consistently meet deadlines. Good judgment and problem‑solving skills.
