Office Administrator in Bangor - Immediate Need!

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers? We're looking for a dependable Office Administrator to keep the office running smoothly and provide excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

Answer and direct phone calls
Process customer orders and calculate pricing
Perform data entry and maintain records
File, scan, copy, and organize documents
Support daily office operations and customer needs

What You'll Bring

Basic computer and data entry experience

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

Schedule

MondayFriday, 7:30 AM4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
