Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Overview The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the operational performance by providing direction and leadership to exempt and non-exempt associates at this facility. This role is ultimately responsible for ensuring that orders are selected accurately and packed/shipped without damage for timely delivery. Responsibilities Support daily warehouse and transportation operations Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Driver check-in/check-out and dispatch support Customer service and client communication Scheduling appointments and transportation activities Review BOLs, shipping documents, and inventory transactions Data entry, reporting, and operational analysis Assist with inventory control and cycle count activities Support employee supervision, training, and workflow management Monitor productivity, safety, and operational performance Serve as a liaison between office, warehouse, transportation, and customers Assist the Operations Manager with daily responsibilities and special projects Support implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience Strong sense of accountability and ownership Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments Willingness to support operational needs beyond standard business hours Preferred Qualifications 3PL, warehousing, transportation, or logistics experience Food-grade warehouse experience Inventory control, shipping, and receiving experience Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) Experience with ERP systems Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Experience leading operational teams and warehouse personnel Desired Personal Attributes Reliability and dependability Strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Respectful and professional demeanor Initiative and self-motivation Ability to adapt to changing operational priorities Strong cultural fit with our organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
