Sales Consultant - Healthcare, Medicaid and Peptides

We partner with businesses operating in highly regulated sectors including Medicaid, Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS), Home Care, Behavioral Health, Health Insurance, Peptides, Wellness, Functional Medicine, and other healthcare-related industries. We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our pioneer Austin team and help healthcare providers, clinic owners, operators, and business leaders identify growth opportunities and access HCPA's consulting solutions. This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm inbound demand into long-term client partnerships. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from qualified inbound lead through to close Conduct discovery conversations with healthcare providers, clinic owners, agency operators, and business decision-makers Understand client goals, operational challenges, compliance requirements, and growth opportunities Present tailored consulting solutions aligned with client needs Build trusted relationships with healthcare business owners and stakeholders Manage and forecast pipeline activity through CRM Achieve revenue, conversion, and performance targets Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience Represent HCPA's consulting services professionally within the US market What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of consultative sales, business development, account management, or solution-selling experience Proven experience managing a sales pipeline from discovery through close Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills Experience working within healthcare, regulated industries, or professional services environments Comfortable conducting discovery calls and presenting value-based solutions Preferred Industry Experience Experience within one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred: Medicaid Managed Care Health Insurance HCBS (Home & Community-Based Services) Home Care / Home Health Behavioral Health Provider Relations Functional Medicine Ideal Backgrounds Healthcare Sales Consultant Healthcare Solutions Consultant Business Development Manager Provider Relations Representative Provider Relations Manager Managed Care Sales Representative Clinic Partnership Manager Wellness Sales Consultant Business Development Representative Territory Sales Representative Why Join HCPA?
