Operations ManagerSafe & Secure HealthcareSafe & Secure Healthcare is seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring excellent client care, strong staff performance, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential and community-based services.Supervise, coach, and support supervisors, house managers, DSPs, and other assigned staff.Ensure appropriate staffing and respond to scheduling and coverage concerns.Maintain regular presence in homes and programs to monitor service quality and address concerns.Ensure services are delivered according to each individual's ISP, needs, choices, and goals.Develop positive relationships with individuals, families, guardians, SSAs, county boards, and other members of the individual's team.Monitor documentation, medication-related records, incident reporting, service delivery, and other compliance requirements.Participate in ISP meetings, team meetings, investigations, and corrective-action planning.Work closely with HR on recruiting, onboarding, employee performance, attendance, retention, and disciplinary matters.Review scheduling, overtime, timekeeping, and staffing utilization.Respond to emergencies, incidents, complaints, and operational concerns.Identify problems early and take ownership of developing and implementing solutions.Help develop supervisors and DSPs into strong, accountable leaders.Maintain compliance with Safe & Secure policies and applicable Ohio DODD requirements.QualificationsPrevious management or supervisory experience in IDD, healthcare, residential services, behavioral health, home health, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of Ohio DODD services and regulations strongly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to operational emergencies when necessary.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who doesn't simply manage from an office.
