Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the daily financial operations. Responsibilities include reconciling daily cash activity, processing vendor invoices and payments, entering accounts payable transactions in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, processing payroll, assisting with new hire onboarding, maintaining organized financial records, and supporting month-end reporting activities. This role will also assist with process documentation, special projects, and other accounting functions as assigned by management to help achieve departmental and company goals.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or five (5) or more years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience is preferred
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $65k/year
