Staff Accountant

Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support full-cycle accounting across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone with strong transactional experience who thrives in a structured, independent work environment. Responsibilities Manage accounting for multiple entities (7–10+) Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including 1099 processing Perform job cost accounting and track project financials Prepare journal entries and manage prepaid expense amortization Complete general ledger reconciliations and analysis Assist with monthly financial statement preparation Partner with leadership on ongoing accounting operations Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience in a multi-entity environment Strong AP/AR and high-volume transactional accounting experience Ability to work independently in a focused, detail-oriented role Comfortable in a smaller, team-oriented environment This role is best suited for someone who prefers a hands-on, independent position within a stable organization and enjoys working in a consistent, process-driven environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dexian
