Other duties may be assigned.Objective:Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform to support daily business operations.Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable, declarative Salesforce solutions.Optimize business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous platform improvements.Manage user access, security, data integrity, and system performance to ensure a secure and reliable Salesforce environment.Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing training, and promoting adoption of Salesforce best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce aligns with evolving business needs and organizational goals.Maintain system documentation and ensure compliance with Salesforce governance and security standards.Your Tasks:Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, formulas, and Lightning App Builder.Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and other automation to improve business efficiency.Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings.Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views to support business reporting and decision-making.Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues related to configuration, automation, data quality, user access, and system functionality.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.Support Salesforce integrations by coordinating with technical teams and assisting with testing and issue resolution.Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication to maintain data integrity.Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process documentation, configuration records, and release notes.Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to promote Salesforce adoption and best practices.Test new Salesforce releases and enhancements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with change management activities.Stay current on Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices, recommending improvements to maximize platform capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.3–5 years of experience administering Salesforce in a business environment or as a consultant.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including standard and custom objects, security model, profiles, permission sets, record types, and page layouts.Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation tools.Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder.Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and understanding of REST APIs and data synchronization concepts.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Salesforce Certified Administrator (required or strongly preferred).Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.Salesforce Business Analyst or Platform App Builder certification.Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Experience with data migration, cleansing, and governance.Familiarity with DevOps tools, sandbox management, and change deployment processes.Basic understanding of SOQL, Apex, or Salesforce development concepts to effectively collaborate with developers.Experience working in Agile project environments.What We Offer:Flexible SchedulesMedical, Dental, Vision and Pet Insurance401(k) with Company MatchCompany-paid Life Insurance and AD&D Coverage, Voluntary Life InsuranceShort-term and Long-term DisabilityEmployee Assistance and Travel Assistance ProgramsPaid Time Off, Paid Sick Time, Paid HolidaysHealth FSA and Dependent Care FSAAccident InsuranceCommuter Transportation IncentiveCell Phone and Internet StipendFully-paid parkingLearning and Development ProgramsRemote PositionsAbout J&M:Jacoby & Meyers was founded in 1972 with the intention of making the legal system more accessible to the average person.
