Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney


About the Role


I'm partnered with a prestigious, multiple office law firm that is seeking an experienced litigation Attorney to join our growing insuranced coverage litigation group. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of litigation experience and a strong background advising insurers and policyholders on complex coverage issues. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work closely with clients, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and firm growth. This role will be a senior level associate or Partner position (depending on experience).

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
  
  
• Admitted and in good standing in CA
  
  
• 1+ years of litigation experience within a law firm setting
  
  
• No book of business is necessary
  
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and policy interpretation
  
  
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team
  
  
• Experience with complex or high-exposure coverage disputes
