Job Description
TITLE
Surgical Technologist - Orthopedics/Neurosurgery

SCHEDULE
Varied shifts, including weekends and nights.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Orthopedic Surgery and Neurosurgery (Level 1 or 2)
- Must be available for weekend and weekday call, including 4x10s every 4-5th weekend on call and 1 week night on call.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist surgical team during operations by preparing and maintaining a sterile field.
- Manage and organize surgical instruments and supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and care.
- Monitor and document surgical procedures and patient responses.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Must meet performance expectations as determined by facility standards.
- Failure to meet these expectations may result in contract termination.
