Senior Mortgage Producer & Branch Leader

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to become a Producing Branch Manager in Seattle. You will continue originating while building a team, with processing, underwriting and back-office support provided. The role emphasizes coaching and growing the branch’s P&L.
Compensation ranges from $80K to $220K base with commissions on personal production and on the branch, plus a sign-on bonus. On-site duties and a strong referral network are expected.
