What are we looking for

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a full range of administrative duties to support the department. Key responsibilities include creating various documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office software researching a variety of information requests and setting up conference rooms for visitors and in-house meetings.

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What youll do:

Create various documents and spreadsheets
Research a variety of information requests
Respond to inquiries within a given timeframe
Develop review and update local operating procedures
Set up conference rooms and provide support for visitors and in-house meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
