Salary and Benefits The Salary Range for this Position is $95,000 - $120,000 $5000 Sign On Bonus Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Offered (Employer pays 50%) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off – 80 hours Schedule Flexibility Career development and training opportunities Work / Life Balance IRA – 3% Match $500 CEU – Stipend Collaborative Environment Responsibilities Supervise clinical staff – expected 20 hours per week Perform administrative duties – 20 hours per week Lead and support a team of BCBAs and RBTs Ensure clinical quality and compliance across multiple client cases Oversee and approve ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Monitor data collection and treatment fidelity Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical staff Conduct caregiver training and coordinate care across disciplines Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools as needed Maintain communication with funding sources and ensure timely authorizations Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required Clear and Active BCBA License in the State of Virginia Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA Strong leadership and team management skills Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating treatment plans CPR/First Aid Certification Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Reliable transportation About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
