Territory Sales Manager

We are partnering with a global cleantech/EV infrastructure company to hire a Territory Sales Manager based in Florida. It's a great opportunity if you’re a consultative, relationship‑led B2B sales professional who thrives on expanding existing accounts and delivering real customer value. What You’ll Own Manage and grow a defined portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted partner Lead contract renewals, negotiate terms, and secure long‑term retention Run strategic business reviews showcasing ROI, utilisation insights, and expansion opportunities Apply value‑based selling to drive upsells, cross‑sells, and new site deployments Build a deep understanding of customer operations, challenges, and strategic goals Partner closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Operations to elevate the customer experience Monitor account health, identify risk, and implement proactive retention strategies Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) including account plans and renewal pipelines Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets across renewals and account expansion What You Bring 3–5 years in B2B account management or customer success, ideally in EV, energy, or tech Proven success hitting renewal and expansion quotas Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate value Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capability #J-18808-Ljbffr
