Freelance Senior Demand & Deployment (D&D) Analyst

Title: Freelance Senior Demand & Deployment (D&D) Analyst Industry: Retail Location: Reynoldsburg, OH Duration: 9/7/26 - 3/5/27 Responsibilities Execute pre-season and current-season inventory deployment functions to support store inventory and sales. Manage relationships with Franchise Partners and assist with cross-functional teams on international and domestic projects. Assess demand and inventory position to align financial and operational plans. Ensure consistent execution of inventory deployment plans aligned with business strategies. Identify incremental opportunities at store/size level within market geographies. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in merchandise planning and/or inventory deployment, preferably in international retail markets. High level of technical proficiency using Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with systems like MSI (Microstrategy), JDA Allocation, Manugistics, SAP, and Salesforce. Excellent statistical and quantitative analytical skills. Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities. Skills inventory deployment merchandise planning demand forecasting analytical skills strategic assessment Microsoft Excel international retail cross-functional collaboration reporting teamwork Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr WorkGenius Group
