This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Provider Support Specialist based in United States. This fully remote role supports the employee journey from onboarding through ongoing employment administration. You will help ensure new hires complete required onboarding, compliance, licensing, and employment documentation accurately and on time. The position combines HR operations, employee support, record management, and process coordination in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, helping resolve operational questions and keeping key workflows moving smoothly. The role also involves managing timekeeping, reimbursements, professional licenses, and employee records. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential for balancing multiple priorities remotely. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity starting in October 2026.

Accountabilities

• Oversee employee timekeeping processes, investigate issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
• Manage reimbursement and expense processes, including reviewing approvals and supporting employees with related questions.
• Provide first-line support for employee HR and operational inquiries, triaging requests and directing issues to the appropriate resources.
• Verify professional licenses and maintain accurate records of pending, active, and expiring credentials.
• Maintain employee records and ensure documentation meets applicable onboarding and employment requirements.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding workflows, including state- and district-specific requirements such as required forms, fingerprinting, background or drug screening processes, and other compliance steps.
• Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up to ensure all required steps are completed on schedule.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, assignment confirmations, welcome communications, and other employment documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for onboarding updates, employment status changes, and related administrative needs.
• Support continuous improvement of HR and employee-support processes in a remote, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, including exposure to human resources and/or recruitment processes; relevant school-based professional experience may be considered in place of administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and professional support to employees.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Gmail, and Sheets.
• Comfort learning and working with new technology and business systems; experience with HRIS or HCM platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
