Senior Production Supervisor Location: TRG Cincinnati Milford, OH TRG Cincinnati is a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Production Supervisor in Milford, OH on 1st shift. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the production lines and oversees the daily job functions of employees to ensure each job is completed correctly and in a timely manner. 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday from 7am-3:30pm; may require additional hours, including weekends depending on business needs. Assist in setup and tear-down of line components as needed. Lead and work together with crew/team in "assembly line" projects. Allocate personnel to maximize piece-rate speed on tasks assigned. Adhere to production schedule and make recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, and service goals. Accurately report/track assembly information to include materials consumed, materials returned to stock, and materials damaged. Monitor quality, including, but not limited to: Quantity of components, tears, item identification, food safety, line clearance, expiration dates, and lot control. Inform Production Manager of any needed materials or material running low. Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs, be proactive in the maintenance of equipment. Complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Practice safe work habits at all times and set the example for all production workers. Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintaining good housekeeping. Cross-train for other job positions as necessary and switch duties as needed. Ability to move to other shifts to aid in training. Ability to work overtime as the job requires Additional duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance.
