We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of pizzas using both traditional and modern recipes. You should have a strong understanding of pizza dough, toppings, oven techniques, and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to standardized recipes and customer specifications.
• Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure high standards are met at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, cooking stations, and kitchen.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food orders.
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking ingredients and minimizing waste.
• Handle special customer requests and dietary needs professionally and courteously.
• Participate in cleaning and maintenance schedules as required.

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar food preparation role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
