Position Summary:

We are seeking passionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. The ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies and prep ingredients.
• Prepare dishes to order during service, following specific recipes and portion controls.
• Execute a variety of cooking techniques, including grilling, broiling, sautéing, and frying.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift.
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products.
• Adhere to all local health department regulations and safety standards.
• Assists with breakdown, cleaning, and sanitizing of the kitchen at the end of the shift.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of line cook experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or country club setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and food safety standards.
• Ability to read, understand, and execute tickets and recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serv-Safe or local food handler certification is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Comfort working in environments with high temperatures (near grills, ovens, and stoves).
