Sales Manager

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their client's team. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who is passionate about identifying new customers and growth opportunities across target regions. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to drive revenue by effectively selling tools and solutions that meet customer needs, with a strong focus on maintaining lasting customer relationships. While the role can be remote, the candidate should be located in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales objectives within assigned regions.
• Develop relationships with customers across a wide range of functions and management levels.
• Show patience, diplomacy, and tact under pressured circumstances.
• Thoroughly qualify all new business targets and confirm any forecast changes early and often.
• Manage the entire sales process, working closely with the Japan factory, product engineering, and other internal stakeholders, from finding opportunities to final equipment sign-off.
• Increase existing install base within assigned regions while pursuing opportunities for new product penetrations.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. Advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years in Capital Equipment Sales.
• Outside sales or marketing management experience with a top 5 semiconductor IDM.
• Semiconductor process engineering background preferred.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is an advantage.

Required Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, standard business hours.

Salary:

$175,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

This position requires around 20% travel time.
