Responsibilities Transform CAD models into high-quality visual content (renderings, animations, and marketing visuals) Assist in developing digital content that supports branding, proposals, and storytelling Collaborate with internal teams to communicate complex construction concepts in a visually engaging way Explore and contribute ideas around immersive and interactive media (AR/VR, real-time visualization) Support marketing initiatives through creative design and visualization projects Qualifications Experience or coursework in 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe Photoshop) Familiarity with modeling, texturing, and camera tracking Strong attention to detail and visual quality Basic problem-solving and mathematical skills Interest in marketing, branding, or digital storytelling Availability to work in-person in Fairhope, AL Preferred Skills Exposure to Unreal Engine or real-time rendering tools Interest in immersive technologies (AR/VR) Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles Familiarity with game design concepts Awareness of 3D printing technologies General understanding of physics or engineering concepts (helpful for visual accuracy) EOE/AA Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran #J-18808-Ljbffr Thecentermemphis
