Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the nursing department

• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care

• Monitor clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

• Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance management

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes

• Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts

• Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license required

• Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
