Full-time Press / Saw OperatorWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press / Saw Operator to join our world-class manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art aerospace facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various press and saw equipment to produce high-precision components for the aerospace industry. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, with specific expertise in press and saw operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate hydraulic and mechanical presses to form, shape, and cut metal components according to precise specificationsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine production requirementsPerform pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safetyMonitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and consistencyInspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instrumentsIdentify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and workflowParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product qualityDocument production data, including quantities produced, material usage, and quality metricsPerform routine maintenance on press and saw equipment, including lubrication and minor repairsTrain and mentor junior operators on proper equipment operation and safety proceduresAdhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and quality control standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in manufacturing or related field preferredMinimum of 1years of experience operating press and saw equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or related industriesProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsStrong knowledge of press operations, including hydraulic and mechanical pressesBasic computer skills for operating equipment and entering production dataExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality componentsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAdditional RequirementsMust be able to work flexible shifts, including nights,
