What You'll Do

• You'll help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient while supporting providers with both clinical and administrative care.
• Patient Care & Support
• Welcome patients and escort them to exam rooms
• Help patients feel comfortable and informed during visits
• Provide a positive experience from check-in to discharge
• Clinical Responsibilities
• Record vital signs and update patient information in the EHR
• Document symptoms, medical history, and provider notes
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Administer injections, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Diagnostics & Coordination
• Perform blood draws and collect lab specimens
• Schedule follow-up visits and support continuity of care
• Help patients understand care instructions and next steps
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with providers and clinic staff to improve patient care
• Support clinic operations and participate in workflow improvements

Requirements

• You're compassionate, adaptable, and committed to helping patients receive quality care—especially in communities that need it most.
• We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Is bilingual in English and Spanish
• Has Medical Assistant experience or completed MA training coursework
• Has previous phlebotomy experience
• Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
