Tier II Desktop Support Technician - Pentagon IT

Leidos Inc

Leidos is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support end-user devices at The Pentagon as part of the AFNCR IT Services program. This on-site role requires collaboration with LAN staff to maintain a secure and efficient desktop environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience (or a Master's with 2 years), active DoD Secret clearance, CompTIA Security+, and familiarity with Remedy, ServiceNow, and Active Directory.
