An established and highly respected coastal restaurant in beautiful Flagler Beach is seeking a passionate, hands-on Front of House Manager to join its leadership team.
This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to help shape memorable guest experiences, build an engaged team culture, and contribute to the success of a thriving restaurant known for its hospitality, energy, and community presence.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution
- Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence during peak service periods
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and communication
- Manage beverage and operational inventory
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Assist with beverage program enhancements and menu updates
- Drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Positive, energetic, and team-focused leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with POS systems (Pinnacle experience a plus)
- Prior supervisory or assistant management experience
