Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and provides nursing care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing process to facilitate the patient's progression toward optimal health. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational nursing program is required. Minimum of 6 months to one year of related work experience preferred. Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana. Current BLS certification is required upon hire. ACLS and PALS certification is preferred. Jackson Parish Hospital Svc
