Summary:
The Residential Care Worker I role is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to clients/residents as outlined on individual treatment plans.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide must be obtained within 1 year of hire. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver’s License preferred.
3. Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $19.87 to $23.75 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
