Flexible daytime hours: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The position includes on-call responsibilities, which include weekend and holiday coverage.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent experience (for Surgical Technicians)ORActive Ohio Registered Nurse license required for RN candidatesBLS certification requiredPrevious operating room experience strongly preferredDemonstrates initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalismStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across disciplinesCalm under pressure, independent thinker, and committed to exceptional patient care and customer serviceKey ResponsibilitiesProvide perioperative patient care within the Surgery DepartmentPerform all duties of a surgical scrub technician, including maintaining a sterile field, handling specimens properly, and assisting practitioners during proceduresMaintain proficiency in central supply and sterilization procedures and techniquesAssist in managing and maintaining surgical supplies and equipmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient careSupport teamwork, safety, and professional standards in the perioperative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
