We are looking for a Brake Press Operator (CNC Press Brake Operator) in the Fresno area to bend and fabricate sheet metal accurately while operating and maintaining computer-controlled press brake equipment.
Responsibilities
- Bend sheet metal to manufacture various products.
- Read blueprints and use them to set up equipment and align materials.
- Set and operate a computer-controlled press brake according to project specifications.
- Position and align metal precisely inside the press brake.
- Measure and inspect finished sheet metal to verify compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the pressing process.
- Perform routine press brake maintenance.
- Follow all health and safety standards in the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC press brake operation experience.
- Experience with CNC press brake operation.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Precision measurement skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
