What We Need We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support high-impact campaigns across radio, digital, podcast, and experiential platforms. What You'll Do Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales processes and procedures used by iHeartMedia Sales teams Follow up and maintain billing in a correct and timely fashion Work with sales leads to generate proposals Manage and file sales lead expense reports Maintain individual and team calendars Coordinate logistics for meetings to drive sales revenue Proactively research news and updates for East & Central region brands Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps Enter and manage CRM data Keep up with latest news and tech advances that will impact iHeartMedia and clients What You'll Need Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and in a fast paced environment Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn Navigator, sales lead gen sites, and Veritone a plus An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn media sales A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
