Tax Senior Associate [Commercial Real Estate]

Position Tax Senior Associate – Commercial Real Estate Team. Located in Los Angeles or Woodland Hills, the role is hybrid or virtual, with an average of 3 days in office per week. Your Role The role includes supporting the Real Estate Industry Group’s Commercial Real Estate team, working with clients in community development, equity, and technology-driven solutions. Responsibilities Work with a team to meet department deadlines throughout the year. Assist with the process and review of 1065 tax returns. Provide effective client management, timely communication, and clear direction. Execute ad hoc projects as needed. Qualifications BS/BA in accounting preferred. MST and CPA preferred. Minimum 3‑5 years tax experience in a public accounting firm. Commercial real‑estate industry experience preferred. Exceptional client service and communication skills. Strong tax research and writing skills. Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with tax compliance and research software (Go Systems, BNA, CCH, RIA). Solid project management and organizational skills, able to multi‑task. Compensation In California, salary ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 base, with discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, parental benefits, and learning & development opportunities.
