Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Our client, a leading logistics and operations support organization, is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting Operations, Finance, and Sales departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Location: Liberty, MO

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Support daily operations by managing administrative tasks and documentation

• Assist with logistics activities, including scheduling freight shipments and coordinating logistics

• Enter bills and financial data into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently

• Provide customer service support to clients and internal teams

• Support the finance team with billing and invoicing processes

What's Needed?

• Prior office administration experience preferred

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
