Supply Chain Clerk

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supply chain operations? We are seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and administrative support. This role plays a critical part in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring inventory accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records. Update inventory, shipment, and customer information in warehouse systems. Review and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation for accuracy. Generate reports, labels, invoices, and other operational paperwork. Assist with inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment monitoring. Support warehouse operations by maintaining records and resolving basic data discrepancies. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding inventory, shipments, and operational status. Collaborate with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow. Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or clerical environment. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must live in the Liberty, MO area. NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE Must be able to work in a warehouse environment. Must have warehouse experience. Preferred Experience using SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or other inventory management software. Previous experience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, or distribution operations. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse processes.
