Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking dedicated Supply Chain Clerks to join their team. As a Supply Chain Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Operations team, supporting seamless logistics and customer service functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, aligning well with the company's commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Location: Liberty, MO

What's the Job?

• Manage standard and routine data in software systems and applications to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Update logs, documents, and files to track operational, carrier, and customer information efficiently.
• Receive and review documents for accuracy, including dates, times, locations, counts, and related details.
• Respond to basic internal and external customer inquiries regarding operations, accounts, or services, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Print and prepare forms, labels, billing, invoices, and related documents to facilitate timely processing.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required; prior office experience is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
• Capable of performing accurate data entry and verification of information.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Knowledge of basic customer service principles and office operations.
