You'll work directly with partners and firm leaders to sharpen our market visibility, keep our brand sharp and consistent, and support our partner’s business development efforts. From proposals and pitches to thought leadership, events, and everything in between. Responsibilities: ThoughtLeadership&ContentTurntechnicalexpertiseintocompelling,market-facingcontentincludingarticles,newsletters,clientalerts,andsocialmedia.Interviewsubject-matterexperts,managethecontentcalendar,andkeepaneyeonindustrytrendsworthwritingabout. Proposals&Pursuits OwnRFP/RFQresponsesandpitchmaterialsfromrequesttosubmission.Maintainour library of credentials, case studies, and boilerplates, and help partners walk into every pitch prepared and polished. Events&RelationshipMarketing Planandrunclientandcommunityevents,webinars,andsponsorshipsfrom logistics to follow-up that deepen relationships and generate real opportunities. Brand&DigitalPresence Keepourwebsiteandcommunicationsconsistent,professional,andonbrandacross everychannel. BusinessDevelopmentEnablementSupportpartnerswithprospectandclientresearch,meetingprep,andfollow-up.KeepourCRMandpipelinedatasharpandhelpmoveopportunitiesfromleadtoclose. Qualifications: Bachelor'sdegreeinmarketing,communications,business,orrelatedfield(equivalentexperiencewelcome) 5–8yearsofmarketingexperience,ideallyinprofessionalservicesoranotherB2Benvironment Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills — you can translate technical expertise into content people want to read Strongprojectmanagementskills;youcanjugglemultipledeadlineswithoutdroppingtheball Strongorganizationalskills Comfortworkingdirectlywithseniorpartnersandsubject-matterexperts ExperiencewithCRM/marketingdatabases,emailmarketing,websites,andsocialmedia Aself-startermentality,pairedwiththejudgmenttoknowwhentoloopothersin WhyFMF&E: You'llhaverealvisibilitywithfirmleadershipandadirecthandinshapinghowweshowupinthemarket—notjust executing someone else's plan but helping build it.
