Talis Group’s client is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Business Partnership Manager to help grow our real estate closing firm by building lasting relationships with Realtors and other real estate professionals. This is a true outside sales role where success comes from networking, creating connections, and becoming a trusted resource in the local real estate community.

The successful candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and thrive on meeting people. This role could be a great fit for someone with a legal, sales, hospitality, or business background, including attorneys who are looking to transition out of practicing law and into a relationship-focused career.

Salary: $60 - $80,000 plus bonus program and full benefits package.

 

Highlighted Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors and other industry professionals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and community involvement.
• Attend Realtor events, association meetings, networking functions, open houses, and industry gatherings.
• Serve as the face of the company by promoting our closing services and exceptional customer experience.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients.
• Build long-term partnerships that result in repeat business.
• Collaborate with our operations and closing teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service.
• Track business development activities and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify new opportunities to expand our market presence.
• May also conduct real estate closings.

• Previous experience in business development, outside sales, client relationship management, hospitality, recruiting, legal services, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• If you've built relationships and grown business in industries like legal services, banking, hospitality, healthcare, recruiting, or B2B sales, your experience may translate exceptionally well.
