Confidential Opportunity: Bar Manager and Mixologist
Location: South Boston / Seaport Area, MA
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $11 per hour for tipped bar shifts and $18 per hour for research, development, and administrative shifts. Includes competitive performance incentives and perks.
We are seeking a Beverage Executive and Mixologist to lead the bar program at a highly acclaimed, chef-driven New American restaurant in the South Boston area. Led by a James Beard Award-winning culinary team, our establishment explores new ways to spotlight the traditions and products that make exceptional dining experiences possible.
We need a visionary leader who views the bar as a platform for storytelling and guest engagement. In this multifaceted role, you will establish the energy of the beverage program, collaborate with the management team, and honor the techniques behind every pour.

- Manage daily bar operations, inventory, and cost control with absolute precision.
