Service Areas – Work Close to Home We are actively hiring HHAs across: Newark, Clifton, Bloomfield, Woodland Park, East Orange, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Lyndhurst, Kearny, Jersey City, Rutherford, Passaic, North Arlington, East Rutherford, North Bergen, Secaucus, Carlstadt, Belleville, Nutley, and throughout Hudson County. Schedule & Availability Flexible shifts ranging from 2 to 12 hours High demand for morning shifts Opportunities for immediate start and last-minute cases Weekday availability preferred What You'll Be Responsible For (including, but not limited to): Providing compassionate, hands-on personal care and support to clients. Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment through light housekeeping. Supporting meal preparation based on client preferences and dietary needs. Assisting with laundry and basic household organization. Building trusting, professional relationships with clients and their families. Delivering reliable, punctual care for every assigned shift. Providing companionship and emotional support. Performing other related duties as needed to support client care and well-being. What We're Looking For: Active Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required). Experience providing hands-on care in a home or community-based setting. Confidence supporting clients with ADLs and mobility needs. Experience with seniors or individuals with memory-related conditions (a plus). Flexibility to support short-term, long-term, and last-minute care needs. Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans and family preferences. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of accountability.
