Salesforce Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA, On-site 3 days/week Duration: 6+ months

Requirements:

10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on AWS Connect experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Contact Center Technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, SOQL, APIs, and platform architecture.
Salesforce platform, LWC, Apex, Omni Script, API (Rest and SOAP), GitLab.
Experience with Contact Center technologies, including Service Cloud Voice (SCV), Salesforce Contact Center / SCC-AC, CTI integrations, IVR technologies.
Salesforce Developer with hands-on AWS Connect experience.
Integrate Salesforce with Mulesoft, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Enterprise APIs, AWS Lambda, and related services.
Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, and governance.
Support AWS-based contact center architecture and servicing platforms across banking environments.
