As an SDR, you will manage outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities. You will research accounts, personalize outreach, and track engagement in the CRM system. You’ll also collaborate closely with account executives to hand off qualified leads and continuously refine messaging and strategy. This role is fast‑paced and metrics‑driven, with clear goals for outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. Base pay range $55,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales or customer‑facing roles. 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience (internships count). Strong communication skills and comfort making high‑volume outbound calls. Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot). Comfortable learning new tools, sales processes, and product knowledge quickly. Ability to research accounts and tailor outreach to different buyer personas. Results‑driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding goals. Able to stay organized and manage multiple outreach sequences, follow‑ups, and task deadlines.
